Rubal Logistics (HK) Pvt Limited has been forwarding freight out of Hong Kong since 1994. We book tonnage, draw bills of lading, present customs entries and coordinate inland delivery — and we answer plainly when a customer asks where their goods are.
The firm began as a two-desk agency in Kowloon handling garment exports to Europe. The work has widened — ocean, air, warehouse and insurance — but the method has not: one coordinator, one file, one reference number under which every document, date and movement is recorded.
Cargo passes through many hands between your warehouse and your customer's floor. We remain the single point of accountability across all of them.
Customers are not passed between anonymous desks. A named coordinator owns the file from booking to signed delivery. That person knows the commodity, the Incoterms, the sailing and the delivery appointment, and is the contact for exceptions.
Documents stay on the file: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, certificates of origin and customs entries. They can be retrieved against the shipment ID long after the cargo has been delivered.
Hong Kong customs brokerage licence, IATA cargo agent and bonded warehouse keeper.
A single contact who knows your cargo, terms and delivery windows.
B/L, invoices and entries retained and retrievable against every job.
All-risk cargo cover and carrier liability arranged as standard.
